Fire Panda INC. provides seven days warranty on all hardware; only manufactures’ warranty is available after seven days. No refunds on deposits or on any item(s); only exchanges of exact item(s) within first seven days are allowed. Exchanges and RMAs are not given without original invoice/receipt. We are not responsible for any unspecified service(s) not stated on contracts or invoices. Additional costs of equipments or hardware not listed on contract that is required to complete any service are fee applicable to the customer. We are not liable for any unexpected complications that may prolong the expected time of job completion. We are not responsible for any damages done at customer’s premises during installation of any system(s) or software. Any items not specified with a manufactured brand are all generic. Estimates or quotations are effective for up to seven days, after seven days quoted price may fluctuate. Upon signing of this document, the customer has agreed to the terms above and is satisfied with the items listed on this document. Fire Panda, Inc. reserves all rights to change any details of the above terms. All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice. |
