RETURN POLICY

換貨 / 退貨
收到損毀/錯誤的貨品﹕
如果客人收到的貨品有損毀或貨品不是你所訂購的,請於三天內拍照然後whatsapp或致電給我們,並可以以下兩種方式進行退換:
1) 把貨品用順豐到付形式退回給我們,我們將會承擔來回的順豐運費
2) 跟我們的客服預約,於我們觀塘工作室交收貨品
- 如有現貨,我們會在收到客人已寄出貨品的通知後,三個工作天內把貨品重新寄出或者通知客人交收貨品。
- 如貨品從缺,需要訂貨,則會在十個工作天內把貨品重新寄出,如果是選擇交收的客人,客服會在到貨後盡快通知客人交收
- 如果貨品已經斷貨。客人可以轉換其他貨品 (差額多除少補) 或申請全額退款。
**退換貨品只限一次 **

注意: 申請換貨的產品必需符合以下條件
必須是全新貨品,沒有使用過的痕跡;沒有人為損壞;
商品本體、附件、內外包裝、配件、贈品、保證書、原廠包裝及所有隨附文件或資料的完整性,
切勿缺漏任何配件或損毀原廠外盒,退回商品無法回復原狀者,恐將影響退貨權益或需負擔部分費用。
如因以下原因而申請退換貨品,請恕我們未能受理:
因為燈光/拍攝器材/螢幕顯示器/個人對顏色的觀感而產生的各種色差問題;
客人因個人原因不喜歡該件產品。

Exchange / Return
For damaged/ incorrect product:
We offer exchange only if you received a DAMAGED or INCORRECT product. In this situation, please send us photo of the products via Whatsapp or contact us directly within three days upon your purchase.
Arrangement of product exchange and refund
1) Ship the products to our showroom via SF Express (please choose ‘paid by receiver’ for the payment method). We will be responsible for shipping cost of SF Express.
2) Exchange the product in showroom. Please contact our staff before exchanging product - If it is still in stock, you could exchange the products at your earliest convenience.
- If it is out-of-stock, we will make an order and get you a new product as soon as possible.
- If it is no longer available, you could choose other product (price difference will be refunded/charged) or get the full refund of your payment.

**Please examine the product carefully, as it is allowed to exchange once only.**

Make sure your product fulfils the following requirement for exchange or refund
1) The product must be new and unused.
2) There is no man-made damage.
3) Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.

Please understand that the returns caused by the following reasons cannot be handled:
1) The actual appearance or colour of the products may differ from that shown in the photos, the actual products will prevail.
2) Due to lighting or colour difference of computer monitors, resulting in some slight colour variations between the actual product and the photo.
3) Customer’s own preference. Please understand that there may be difference between the actual product and the photo. The product cannot be exchanged or refunded if you do not like it.
